Pay:  $16.00 – $21.00 per hour depending on experience

Job description:

As a Working Field Supervisor, you will be challenged with managing all aspects of our service delivery to a diverse customer base throughout our Illinois region. As a member of the management team, you will be significantly involved in our business strategy and the execution of company objectives. You will play a leading role in customer relationships, quality assurance, growth strategy, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. This position requires the ability to work mornings and evenings. MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English. Previous management experience in the Janitorial Services or Hospitality Industry would be helpful.
