What does a typical cleaning service look like?
While Rainbow offers a vast array of cleaning service combinations and packages, ranging from daily light cleanings to deep cleanings and disinfecting of entire buildings, our most popular service is the weekly office cleaning, wherein we begin by carefully analyzing the space and planning accordingly. After an in-depth dusting to remove any lingering dust particles and debris, we thoroughly wipe open surfaces and disinfect all desk tops, countertops, door handles, phones, etc. We typically finish by vacuuming and cleaning the floors before we finish up, leaving your space looking like new!

How much does commercial cleaning cost?

While we wouldn’t want to ballpark an exact price, as determinants such as size, location, current cleanliness, and accessibility of your space play large roles, we would be more than happy to provide you with a free quote today.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! In the case of an emergency, Rainbow has you and your business covered in terms of any unwelcome incidentals. All of our highly skilled team members are fully trained and we are insured, and act with the utmost caution on any job we undertake. Additionally, all members of our team are background checked and screened routinely.
Will I get the same cleaning person/crew each time?
When our team members execute a cleaning service tailored to your needs, they come to know the space much better and have a better understanding of how to accommodate areas that need special attention. For this reason, it makes sense to send the same crew to your location upon consecutive services. When returning to your space the second, third, and fourth time, our crew will already have an in-depth understanding of how to address your space and can quickly formulate the most effective plan possible each time. In the case of an illness, holiday, or any other hindrance where we cannot send the same team member to your space, we will do our best to formulate a team as close to the original to ensure that we provide you with the most consistent and effective cleaning service each and every time.
What if I want to cancel my service?
We at Rainbow understand that needs can change. We strive to understand your needs and wants. At times things change in any business such as downsizing, going out of business or reduction of days of service. Also our contract can be cancelled with a 30 day notice for unforeseen circumstances. For non-performance our contracts have a 30 out after a 7 day cure period if our performance does not meet your expectation. Keep in mind our retention of customers is very high. We want our partnership to continue while we attend to your needs.
Do you disinfect and sanitize?
Yes! At Rainbow, we always disinfect areas of high traffic in attempts to provide you with the most effective and safest clean your space has ever seen. It is pertinent that disinfecting be done regularly to inhibit the spread of growth of any harmful organisms. High-traffic areas like doorways and high-use equipment like desks, keyboards, phones, microwaves, etc. should be paid special attention to. We pride ourselves in our knowledge and prioritization of the high risks that are associated with these kinds of items. We also know that you and your team members spend a lot of time in the office, which is why a professionally done disinfecting should not be taken lightly.
Do you clean for COVID-19?

When do you clean and what are your hours?
While our team members are willing to work around the clock, studies have shown that the most efficient time to clean a commercial or private space is typically after-hours. We prefer that your space is vacant or mostly vacant, in order for us to provide the most effective service possible. Typically, we clean on evenings and weekends. However, we understand that it can be hard to tailor a specific schedule that works for both parties in every situation, in which case, we will strive to work as effectively and quietly as possible, without disrupting or disturbing any important work, meetings, etc. We do provide service to facilities that operate 24/7.
Do I have to sign a contract?
During the consultation process, we require a contract to be signed by both parties. This outlines the terms and services that we provide and gives you the chance to accept them. You will see are terms are very simple. We are transparent in everything we do and will go over all the specifics with you in person. At times we can change the terms to accommodate the needs of our customers and also at times some customers have us sign their agreements with the exhibits included of our task schedule.
How can I trust your team when I’m not present?
Us at Rainbow, we are extremely particular about the cleaning crews we appoint. All of our employees are thoroughly interviewed, background checked, and we are insured because we know how important it is to have only the most trustworthy and hardworking members on our team.
